How does html mail get processed |

For example the text in an email client shows lgykmzc.com but the raw data shows lgykmzc%2Ecom. I assume I would put lgykmzc%2Ecom in the keyword filter and not lgykmzc.com, correct? Not sure if SF is catching these and wanted to make sure.

The keyword searches in the emails are performed against the raw,
original source of the email. You are correct in assuming the html in
the email does not get parsed.
