SPAMFilter is working great so far. The only problem I am having is the fact that some of the quarantined email are not allowing me to force delivery. Any suggestions?

Sean,

Without more details on what exactly is occurring and what version of SpamFilter you're using we cannot pinpoint the problem. A few general notes are as follows. Please note that in the free version end users are note able to force delivery of their emails using the web interface, only administrators can do that using the SpamFilter's GUI. If that's not your case, it would really help if you can post or email us the section of SpamFilter's activity log for the timeframe when this occurs, along with the email addresses involved.

Please note that "unfortunately" we're in Central Florida, and with the hurricane Francis approaching, we will be forcefully slow in responding for the next few days, depending on the damage/power failures we'll be experiencing. We apologize in advance for any problems.

I am having the same problem as Sean.  I am using 2.1.1.367 version of the software on a Windows XP computer as my Spam filter.  I am using the Spamfilter GUI to attempt deliver but do not get any results.  As a work around, I usually whitelist the sender and have them resend.  This is not always a viable option.

What do you need to have emailed to you to be reviewed?  Also How do I send that to you.

You can zip these to support@logsat.com. Can you please also let us know what database platform you are using?

I had this error, found out if the email had a Virus that was removed, the virus scanner removed the file that was quarantined by Spamfilter.  So, when you went to deliver the message, it wasn't there to deliver
